Aquarium of the Pacific

Kira got to go to the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach for the first time on Friday. We went with her cousin Natalie, her Aunt Valerie and Valerie and Jacob's cousin Jason. We had a lot of fun! She loved to look at the fish swim around in the lighted tanks! In her usual style she resisted a nap for so long she missed some of the fun! But all in all in was a great and fun day!!!

Utah

So we had to go to Utah. I was an unplanned trip. Jacob lost his Grandma and as sad as that is there were some fun things that came out of our trip....Kira got to meet a lot of new people and she loved them all !!!

She did really really well on the drive up with Grandpa Anderson, Jesse, Daddy and Mommy. And did just as well with Papa Mike, GramJan, Mommy and Daddy. Like we said in the beginning we are sorry to see Jacob's Grandma go... we will miss her and love her but we had fun seeing old friends and hanging out with family.

4. What would I do if I were suddenly a billionaire? By a home compound type thing for my whole family and then travel a whole bunch!

d: I would pick up and move to England tomorrow if I could afford it.
e: I sometimes miss my old 1986 Cressida. I had so many memories in it. It's one to the lessons in my life to be grateful for what you already have because getting something new is not always what makes you happy.

My latest project...

I have been debating with myself about these letters... do I just paint them and embellish? Should I just use ribbon and leave them white??? Then we got these free rub-ons because Korie placed such a big order at my stampin' party... and I knew exactly what to do with them....

Month in Review

One of the things that I both LOVE and HATE about Jacob (not that I hate Jacob... but you know what I mean) is that he always always ALWAYS has a camera near by.. whether it's his big digital camera or one of his many old ones with the old school film... What I HATE about it is he wants to take pictures of me... blech!!! What I LOVE about it is that he also wants to take pictures of Kira...... and let me just say... who wouldn't!!

So here is February in review.........
In February she has grown a tooth.. bottom left, started rockin' back and forth on her knees, and has gotten extermely proficent at rolling over... now going front to back and back to front. She scoots across the floor, started to giggle out loud AND crawls backwards.... not far but she goes move....

It's amazing how fast time flies, it feels like we just brought her home... she is growing so fast. It sometime's amazes me that God let's us have these precious souls and trusts us to care for them... sometimes I wonder what he was thinking when he gave her to me... but even though I complain about not sleeping and how fickle she is with food, I am thankful that He did... My life would not have been the same without her..
