TC.... what a crazy cat. Named from Top Cat, the cartoon, but soon the intials were changed to stand for Terror Cat. Brought all the way from England... he actually needed his own plane ticket to come home with us, and even delayed the flight because he had made a mess in his kennel. He was 13, not very old for a cat, but he certainly had a full life. Born in England, he was the runt. We brought him with us to California, where he ran away for about 6 months(my sister found him), then to Ohio( he hated the snow), then to Utah, then back to California and finally to his own place in Utah (so what if my parent's paid the mortgage, that place was his). That's a lot of traveling for a cat who hated the car!!! Anyway, TC was put down on Sunday because he was ill and after weighing options my parents thought it best to let him go. We all knew the time would come more sooner than later so it seems silly to be so upset by it... after all he was only a cat right?
T.C was a weird guy who loved to be brushed, who would say Hi to you and then tell you about his day when you walked through the door, who always reminded you that it was time for snacks and who loved to sleep right on your chest because that's where it was most comfy (one time I found him laying on top of my head). Yeah sometimes he would bite and he would always sit on your lap when you had something to do like read, cross-stich, if you wanted to pay cards or when my dad wanted to work on an engine.... but there is always a little bad to go along with the good.
There are some of my favorite pictures of him.... the first when he was just a little thing trying to catch the motorcycles as they came around the corner, (he was a racing fan!) The second is of him sleeping in his basket(stolen from my mother's collection) .... I never could figure out how that was comfortable and the last sitting in the sun.
.... to some it maybe silly to send a dedication out to our cat but to me it seems right to commerate a long standing member of the Winfrey Family. Bye TC... we'll miss you.

I heard about a guy who spent $14,000 on his cat in vet bills. People can't help but love their pets. Those were touching remarks about TC.
I am so sorry for your family loss. I love animals and am praying that I never have to make that decision with my animals.
So sad... it's hard to lose a pet.
